As indicated on our website or communicated during your Subscription Services registration, the Subscription Fee is payable monthly or annually. Poolnest reserves the right to change Subscription Fees at its discretion. Failure to meet contractual obligations may result in Poolnest charging or retaining Subscription Fees. Payments in US dollars can be made through electronic funds transfer, credit card, or as specified by Poolnest.

Stripe operates through its Terms of Service and is only allowed for business purposes; it cannot be used as a service for personal, family, or household purposes. Stripe is only a pass-through agent for the services and adds no value to customers. Stripe cannot be used to engage in illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive services.

Stripe may request User Information, which should be kept current. Changes affecting User Information, such as the nature of business activities, beneficial owners, Representatives, or other information, must be kept updated. Any anticipated change in control should be notified to Stripe.
