Will I get billed if I don’t service a location in a given month?

A flat rate of $50/month is applied as a subscription fee for using Pool Nest services. It includes the first 50 pool services every month.

Is $1 charged every time I visit a service location?

The user pays a flat rate of $50/month as a subscription fee for using Pool Nest services. However, every active pool serviced above 50 will be charged at a reduced rate of $0.75. So if you have 100 active serviced locations, you will be charged $50 + ($0.75 x 50) = $87.5 for the month.

How are refunds processed as part of a 30-day guarantee?

Pool Nest offers a 30-day refund guarantee: if you're dissatisfied with our services, we'll fully refund your subscription fee. Just cancel your subscription within the initial 30 days, and we'll happily return your subscription fee.
